Marshmallow Challenge

Posted by on October 14, 2015

In Science the children have been learning about Feeding and Movement. Today they learnt why humans and animals need a skeleton. To test this the children were split into groups. Half of the children used marshmallows and water and the other half used marshmallows and cocktail sticks. The challenge was to create a figure using the given resources. The children found out that using cocktail sticks allowed them to create a more structured figure simulating that of a skeleton.
