Ian Bland came to visit today and worked with the whole school to explore and create their own poetry. Year 3 and 4 really enjoyed working together to make shape poems about animals and came up with some great ideas. Today we got to see and touch the chicks on the last day before they were collected and taken to the farm. The children enjoyed seeing how much the chicks had grown since the last time we saw them and couldn’t believe how soft they were!
